Precision Gear Turning
Equipment: Mori Seiki CNC turning center
Bar stock is cut, centered and turned into gear blanks on a fully enclosed CNC turning center. Every blank is probed in-cycle, so dimensional drift is caught at the machine instead of three stations later.

Step 02
Tooth Grinding & Heat Treatment
Equipment: Reishauer continuous gear grinder
Blanks are carburized, quenched and tempered before the tooth flanks are ground to final geometry. Grinding after heat treatment is what keeps the gear quiet under load for the full service life.

Automated Rotor Assembly
Equipment: KUKA 6-axis robots + servo presses
Rotors, bearings and gear sets are press-fitted by servo presses under closed-loop force monitoring. Each press curve is logged against the serial number, so any unit can be traced back to its assembly signature.
